Yemen – Solidarity stand on World Cancer Day in Taiz

Protesters demanded during a solidarity stand on World Cancer Day in Taiz for the government and international and local organizations to care for cancer patients and work on proving all they need with regards to medications and specialized equipment in early detection. In addition to that, they demanded to provide treatment centers to reduce the suffering of patients. The participants stressed the need to rehabilitate the cancer center in Taiz in order to accommodate as many patients as possible, as the center receives a 120 cases daily.
