As Tunisia comes in second place in brain drain rates, Minister of Communications and Digital Economy Anwar Ma’arouf, said during a seminar held in the capital Tunis that a comprehensible approach must be developed to address this issue, stressing that nations cannot advance without their highly skilled professionals.
