Iraq – Analysts: Dispute over nominating Faleh al-Fayadh for Interior Ministry posta

Political analysts reported a dispute between political blocs over nominating Faleh al-Fayadh, former head of the Iraqi Popular Mobilization Forces committee, who is also close to Iran, for Interior Ministry post, where Muqtada al-Sadr’s Sairoon Alliance rejected his nomination, and stressed the need to assign the ministries to independent and proficient figures, despite the fact that some blocs are pressuring through external and internal agendas to gain these ministries for their interest.
