Iraq – A training course for teachers on how to deal with children who suffered under the control of ISIS in Mosul.

About 16 teachers from Mosul received a training and theoretical and practical lessons over 8 days to prepare them as accredited trainers for the integrated education program to train and develop their skills on how to deal with children who have suffered under the control of ISIS in Mosul, and how to deal with them within the integrated education program implemented by “Together” association to protect humans and the Iraqi environment with the support of the “Vida” Finnish organization in the province of Nineveh and other liberated areas. The program aims at teaching teachers and parents of students the strategies that must be followed to deal with children to help them build and develop their abilities and treat them from the trauma they have experienced, as well as increasing their self-esteem.
