Northern Hama Countryside – Syria 22/7/2018

53 buses carrying about 2800 people arrived at the Murak crossing in the northern countryside of Hama on Saturday morning from Syrian opposition fighters and their families who refused to settle with the Syrian regime in Quneitra and western Daraa province. This comes under an agreement signed by Russia, an ally of the Syrian regime and the opposition factions, which requires the evacuation of opposition fighters from the Quneitra countryside to the areas controlled by the Syrian opposition factions in northwest Syria. In turn, the civil defense teams working in the villages of Hama equipped buses transporting displaced people with meals and ambulances to transport the wounded and injured.
