Syria – The sufferings of a Syrian family caused by an explosive barrel in Idlib

“Omar and Lujain”, are two Syrian children who were displaced with their family from their hometown of Saraqib to the village of Rusafa in the southern countryside of Idlib, this came after the amputation of Omars leg and the burning of the face of his sister by an explosive barrel that fell on their home in 2013, in addition to the amputation of their mother’s feet and the killing of four other people in the house. Although prosthetic limbs were attached to the child and his mother after their recovery, but they have very low quality and needs to be changed from time to time. The father of the two children calls on the supporting parties to adopt the treatment of their children and their mother because they have difficulty in living a normal life.
