Iraq – Manual vote counting begins in six governorates.

After finishing the manual counting and sorting of the ballot boxes in the province of Kirkuk, a process similar began in six other provinces, namely Basra, Maysan, Dhi Qar, Muthanna, Qadissiya and Wasit, after complaints have been filed against them. The counting process is taking place in the Baghdad International Fair in the center of Baghdad under the supervision of nine judges assigned by the Electoral Commission and a delegation of observers and political entities and coalitions amid the absence of cameras.
