Iraq – The suffering of displaced Yazidis in the camps in the Kurdistan region

As the summer heat intensifies, Yazidi IDPs in Sharia camp in Dohuk governorate in the Kurdistan region suffer from difficult living conditions due to the lack of humanitarian assistance and frequent and long-term power cuts. The displaced people hope to rebuild their homes and remove mines and explosives left behind by ISIS organization in their area to enable them to return home safely.
