Iraq – The people of the border villages in the Kurdistan region are demanding the cessation of military operations.

The residents of the border areas in the Kurdistan region of Iraq demanded the PKK to move away from their villages and stop the military operations in their areas so that they can pay attention to their farms and livestock, especially that the people of border villages depend on agriculture in many villages in that region. The military operations forced large numbers of villagers to leave their agricultural lands in areas close to the bombing operations carried out by the Turkish aircraft against the sites of the PKK, besides the state of panic and fear among the people because of the bombing.
