Libya – Al-Messmari: The Libyan army controls the entire Crescent Petroleum area

The spokesman for the Armed Forces of Libya, Brigadier General Ahmed Al-Mesmari, announced that the Libyan army has been able to take full control of Sidra and Ras Lanuf oil ports in the Crescent Petroleum area after the suspension of the oil exports after gunmen stormed the area and controlled it, adding that the Libyan army forces are fighting terrorism on behalf of the countries of the region and the world and they are defending the interests of hundreds of oil companies belonging to foreign countries, calling on the international community to move to lift the arms embargo on the Libyan army. This was during a press conference that was held on Thursday in Benghazi.
